The Appartment

This big and quiet modern 5 floors townhouse, has 7 rooms (2 rooms per floor) 3 shared bathrooms, a terrace, dining and living room, kitchen, and 3 balconies. This is the perfect spot for those that enjoy cocooning. The living room has walls covered of concrete and wood, as well as a 50 inches smart TV. All of the large double rooms have their own couches with 37 inches smart TVs. The terrace has a beautiful bird eye view of the area and a lot of air.

The Location

700 meters from Jingan MRT station. 9 minutes to Guting. Convenient for NTNU, NTU, NTUST, NTUB, NTUE, and direct bus to NCCU.
