No, but really, why the Flat Fee?
Although over 900 tenants have trusted us with their accomodations in the past years (and left us a number of reviews you can see on our Facebook pages
Prior to launching Rooms.Taipei, we lived between 17 different house shares in 5 countries.
The same problems cropped up again and again: Whose turn is it to clean this week? Who should pay more of what bill? Why are there trash bags piling up in the common area? And the most important, why are we always out of toilet paper when I really need it...
We think you have better things to do than argue with your housemates and spend your first weekend at Ikea to furnish your room, like discovering our amazing island or enjoying the discounts on our member card.
So we designed the 1500 NTD Flat Fee to take away most of the issues you face when living with others: The bills are all inclusive. The common areas are cleaned weekly. The trash is taken care of. Toilet paper, and the other products shared between everyone are included.
And if you really want the ultimate Taiwanese experience, we can point you to where the local grandmas hangout in your area. They will be glad to take you on a tour of our
world-famous musical trash trucks!
